ABOUT US

Meet our Founder + CEO

Sandra Balboa is an accomplished Human Resources executive with over 25 years of HR leadership experience. She knows that achieving business excellence and profitability often comes down to quality, not quantity. As such, she’s become a respected strategist and valued ally in her field.

Prior to leaning into the consulting realm, Sandra served as national Vice President of Talent Strategy Innovation Operations for Ascension, one of the largest not-for-profit hospital systems in the United States. Over the last 15 years she also served as divisional HR leader and hospital-based Chief HR Officer for other national hospital systems (Tenet, Vibra and Ernest Health). Her earlier career is rooted in the fast-moving Y2Ks era start-up Tech industry, working as a field HR Director and corporate trainer both in the US and abroad.

Currently based out of Southern New Mexico, Sandra is a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces, a graduate of Connecticut State University, and speaks multiple languages.
